1. Overview

ViewStackHQ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent.

ViewStackHQ is a content monetization platform that allows users to publish articles, share videos, and earn revenue based on views. As a platform hosting user-generated content, we operate under the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe content hosted on ViewStackHQ infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person.
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL of the infringing material on our platform.
• Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

4. Counter-Notice (Disputed Takedowns)

If your content was removed by mistake, submit a Counter-Notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed content and its former URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal District Court.

Send to: dmca@view-stackhq.com with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice". We may restore your content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

ViewStackHQ will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law. We may also limit platform access to any user who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Copyright Policy for User-Uploaded Content

By posting content on ViewStackHQ, you confirm that:

• You own the content or hold the necessary rights to publish and monetize it.
• Your content does not infringe the copyright or intellectual property of any third party.
• You will not re-upload content previously removed under a valid DMCA notice.

7. Safe Harbor Statement

ViewStackHQ qualifies as a service provider under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). We act expeditiously to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receiving proper notification.

8. Abuse of the DMCA Process

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees. ViewStackHQ reserves the right to take legal action against those who abuse the DMCA process.
